This new program is a full day program being held at the PPA Training Facility with the intention of offering classroom and hands on training for light commercial HVAC systems. This training is perfect for organizations who are currently servicing commercial equipment or organizations who are considering expanding their services.

Lunch is provided for attendees at no additional cost.

Our Instructor: Bruce Graham has spent decades in the Oil and HVAC industry, slinging boilers, running service day and night, handling the details that come with being a service supervisor and manager. While doing the same things that students in the classes are doing every day. Bruce has been with Carlin over 10 years, teaching, working in the field with technicians, and serves as a factory representative.

Light Commercial Oil & Gas Systems will cover:

    Installation selection and set up for light commercial oil and gas burners
    Overview of components
    Fuel Systems oil and gas/ oil pumps and gas trains
    Combustion air requirements
    Venting and Commercial Boiler draft set up for breech and over fire
    Understanding commercial burner operation
    Overview of primary controls Oil and Gas
    Low High Low set up and wiring
    Combustion testing
    Troubleshooting
    Outdoor live fire or indoor simulated (weather permitting)
    Hydrolevel Controls
    LWCO and water feeder controls for steam boilers
    Installation, wiring, set up and troubleshooting
